Yeah we were using a form to have the customer initial. Basically to prove that we were wearing ID, approved clothing, decals on vans, clean up trash, education, pre call and all the other stuff. Then Directv came back and said that was not an approved form and using it was not allowed. Basically saying we can not cover our ass, so they can make up what ever crap they wanted.
Had a customer just the other day that I did an install for. Husband was install the dish where ever it does not matter. Wife comes home and calls Directv and says that I did not get approval to place the dish in that location. Direct puts in an FSR for incomplete work order. It's just B.S. no matter what you do, they win.
