Well I have always stayed away from sat. companys due to those issues.All sat. contracts are cons due just to that BS!I did work for a couple but I was lucky n never got charged.I never understood how a major company like those could blame a tech for warranty issues when the tech has nothing to do with the eqip.Only the install work itself should the tech be responsible for.Now we really see what kind of people are incharge of these companys?All I can say is change what is not fare or right.Only the persons( yourself )can make that change.Good Luck
