Try Comcrap.Backcharges for everything but the problem. Got hit for some 5 years ago.They said bad connector,but when the history was pulled up they went out 3 more times for the same thing.Last entry was box replacement.No more trouble calls on account. Techs should not be backcharged for install issues unless it was a total FUBAR.We have to get certified,they issue all materials. If a splitter goes bad call the guy who made it.
