Almost All of my charge backs are for the same F***ing thing. I install a satellite system. Sometime within 90 days a receiver takes a crap. I get a back charge for them to send out another tech and replace it. The part that pisses me off is they get around the laws by saying another tech had to go out and fix it, because Directv does not allow the same tech back for service. SO basically they get away with charging for warranty issues.
