I agree with you on most of your points. I also know that numbers don't= satisfied customers. They are for the bean counters to show production. They want it ALL!!!! #1 You must be at your 2 hr window on time!! (ALL 4 of them!!) OTG's

#2 No repeat trouble calls in 30 days= repeats

#3 While at your 3rd job in this time frame, adhere to last man out policy and fix EVERYTHING while there,,, Do NOT be late for 4th am order, or you fail item #1

#4 Make sure all jobs are in spec for levels. return, noise and transmit levels are documented. program remote to work all 3 devices on all 6 sets, explain to customer to use HDMI for cable, Video 1 for VCR, Video 2 for surround sound system and how to push "device" button and why and when u need to do so,,, repeat this step 33 more times so u don't get an "F" on #2

#5 call dispatch, press #1 for english, hold for 20 minutes and tell the CSR for the 3rd time that modem is on outlet 2. Tell 70 year old customer to put down the garage door opener and try the remote to change her channels because all her cats just ran outta the Garage when she opened it for the seventh time trying to get Bob Barker on tv. Awww the life of a cable man when ALL the MSO's want quantity over quality but EXPECT BOTH!!!
