The OP was inquiring how to get his techs to improve thier matrix scores. Team work! If you just want to come in and do your own thing, thats ok. But we all know the truth, that working together helps everyone. If your constantly having to go help slow ass techs, help them get faster or help them get another job. techs that perfer to eat, shouldnt be calling for help without offering compensation. If I get stuck on a job, and need help, whoever picks that job up from me knows that I am in debt to him. And I will be willing to help him when the need arises. The techs that think they can be a lone wolf and never help anyone, will never get any help. And shouldnt expect it.
