Mary I would stay off here and keep that stuff to yourself and stay professional if you are a true "Manager" Managers dont go on a public site to bash their employees. I dont mean to call you wrong but I call it like I see it. If you have bad techs then a true Manager does not need to ask for help on a public site and never show weakness. Go handle it in a professional manner while you can and good luck.
