Offer to record the old lady and put her on youtube. Let us laugh at her too. This how you can build morale. Everyone take turns (after 30 days of course) to drive by her house and disco, causing a service call. let an in house tech sit there for 2 hours listening to her ramble since her kids dont call her anymore. Post her address, so I know to door tag that one.
