Re: Sub-contractor line tech $$$$$$$

Are you kidding me,(vacation pay, bonuses, medical insurance, training) not to mention the fact that he will have to get $3mil+ GL and WC and $1mil vehicle
and when they say 40 hours they actually mean 80 hours 7 days a week with 40 hours pay

I would suggest that you have them give you a copy of the contract 1st and pay a lawyer a couple of hundred of bucks to look it over before you even decide.

Because 1 little overlooked loophole in the contract could cost you severely, You might think that this company likes you and trying to help you break into the big league, but all they are really looking for is another stargazing fool to put ink on the line

Also if you have been promised 2 weeks out on pay, expect more along the line 45 to 60 days before your 1st
most of the time it takes the office girl 2 weeks to get her head out of her ass and off of the phone with her girlfriends or old man to even start to process your paperwork, then another 2 to 3 weeks for the company to QC your work

Then if your are to be paid every week afterwords expect your checks to be so screwed up that it would take a forensic accountant to sort them out
because the QC guy QC's your work from the seat of his air conditioned truck with binoculars.

Just make sure you know what you are getting yourself into before you step into the frying pan
and the High end of $60.00 is the going rate with a 2 hour minimum, and forget about the standby pay, that's only given to in house
