No, I wasn't kidding you, If you want to look at the glass half empty, that's your business. Your scenarios of the office staff and his pay being held, that's called an assumption! His payroll will more than likely be done with the in house payroll. You're not goin to work FULL TIME with a company if it's not cost effective to them. You say "don't shoot urself in the foot" Problem is if he asks for too much, he aint workin! I gave a reasonable cost association, if HE doesn't want to use it, that's his business. I just want to see the man get a job, its rough out there right now. I do agree with you on the statement to let a lawyer to check out the contract, that's sound advice. For instance,,,, your other assumption of hrs they expect for stating 40-45 per week i'd make sure to address. $60.00 an hr is $2,400.00 per week or $124,800 a year. Are YOU kidding ME? I wouldn't turn it down.
