Revenue Tech's,lol, some people shouldn't comment on things they know nothing about, QC tech's in cable have no monetary incentive to fail jobs, they are paid hourly and get no more on a failed job compared to a passed job.  Any old school cable rat can remember the old coil traps that were used years ago, I'll let you ask around and maybe you can figure out why service loops are going away,Or check out Panther fans reply to get yourself a clue!
