Goodsky, so nice of you to call me a bitch - when I have never called you bad names - very childish.....
Anyway, the only reason I say no is because inhouse work is not paying anywhere what it used to for anybody in any line of cable. And if you guys think that some company is going to start out at (medium range of numbers thrown out there was:) $30 an hour, you are pumping this guy up for disappointment.
However, if starting out low and working up is okay, then go for it...
