NoKBull. I've had many a female grunts on my line crews and not one of them minded being called bitch because they knew it ment female dawg. They also learned to hold their own and usually had a good come back. For some reason linegirls didn't want to be treated different than the rest of the crew. They knew it was all in fun. I didn't realize female installers were so sensitive (never worked with one). So my apologies. PS. You don't have to go inhouse to get payed hourly. And a heads up you are now in the linemans forum so you may want to RUN before you get your feelings hurt again.
