No one has hit on the real issue, this is fraud. Because it is across state lines it becomes a federal crime. These guys are paying for something they will never be able to use if they are hurt and might even be prosecuted for being an accomplace in the crime. I sure would hate to be caught up in an investigation while the company shuts down, denies any knowledge and moves on leaving the techs holding the bag. If you sign it, turn states evidence if they are caught, you might get immunity.
