Re: Last Man Out Policy

The "last man out" policy is a great tool if used properly. The problem is that management does not concern themselves with the "first man" out policy,lol. In other words, when the scenario presents itself as in the original post, why doesn't management seek to find out why this job wasn't installed correctly the first time? the "fair" thing to do would be to pay the last man with the $100.00 backcharge he should be giving the first man out. Never mind! I see the problem now, i said the fair thing to do!
