There is a really simple answer to all of this. If the company that you were working for had rotated and controlled there equipment you would not have any issues. For every situation like this we have 300 that are not having any issues and have not for years. So the party that you should be complaining about is the company that you work directly for. There is no benefit for Advanced to do this to techs? Why so we can lose good techs? The fact of the matter is we get hit then it is passed along to the responsible party. We always offer any help we can to help clean it up and get the boxes activated or returned. We will continue to offer assistance to anyone of our techs that are having equipment problems.
