Do you have access to the Directv retailer site? I use this almost daily for you can put in up to 100 access card numbers at once 9aopy paste out of the box report) and it will tell you if that card was activated on a customers account and when. Once I do that and eliminate some of them that I suspect are in customers homes I then email dispatch with a list and ask them to look them up also. Usually you will find a few that way also.
