I do have access to this and that would be the correct way to resolve this issue. However we are dealing with some shady characters here, because they agreed they were in a house and then days later, they continued with the backcharge. Should I be concerned with such business practices by a company that we trusted with our techs monies..?? Or is this something that should be researched by a higher authority in the judicial system...???? Any info would be appreciated
