depends on what type of rock anchor......there are at least 2 types, one has to be dug in with a plate requiring alot of labor, the other can be placed by drilling a hole and dont take as long but requires a compressor and roarty drill.....I have done both and charged 135 for the plate type and 165 for drilled option..Being that this is a one time shot, probably a bit more to account for a trip charge with either description.......Just my experiences......
