Rock Anchor Question?

I'm in the middle of a debate and I need your help.
What is an acceptable  price for a rock anchor to be placed?
If you were 1 hour from the location and someone asked you to run and place 5 rock anchors and reattach the down guys that had been scabbed off on power, how much would you charge?
