I was a area manager for years, and loved those customer complains. It's amazing how the entertainment center, from Wal-Mart, that the installer scratched, is now family antique imported from Germany, and worth $5000.
It is a customers nature to lie.
Just remember: The Customer is ALWAYS Right!!!
