Yea, I remember this one customer called in about the installer breaking this priceless piece of pottery. When the System manager asked them to bring it to the office so they could figure a replacement price, all the lying stopped when the antique dealer they had brought in to appraise the item saw the made in china stamp on the bottom of the worthless piece of dollar general crap.
