I was with ya right up to the part about needing an education to get employment. The streets are full well educated workers. Of this group some find their way into various CATV or Sat installation situations.

I think it is more that.....gone are the days when Directv and the HSPs can get away with what they have been doing. It is not former felons and illiterate mutts who even affirmative action could not employ who are suing the HSPs and major operators. When terms of a contract are not observed the courts are being used.
