the cone at the front & rear is for insurance purposes, just in case some one walks behind your truck to see what they can steal something out of it and hits their head on your ladder
that way they can't sue the company that owns the truck or the MSO you are working for, thats not saying they can't or won't sue the driver of the truck
just can't sue the owner or MSO
