well if they told me to put my TV on CH 4 sure it would be snow, about 90% of all the cable boxes default to CH 3 unless you have a HD Box then that is either Ch 3 coax or hdmi 1, but I do have to say that I am impressed with the new Comcast Customer Service , I forgot to pay my Highspeed & DVR and within 10 minutes I was back up and running and the 1st person I spoke to was a white girl and after my CC number while she was still on the phone .. everything came back on
I know it is a 1st for Comcast, but I was impressed
