I know this is not a new thing to complain about but...GRRRR
they cant tell them how to put the tv back on ch.4 for a digital box.
they dont even get any info from the customer...they will send it out as cable out but it will end up being snow on the lower channels/slow hsd/or anything OTHER than cable out
sub missing HBO...get there, call dispatch, have them send a hit...(the CSR could have done this) and HBO comes in
All this, causing the installer to have repeats that are not his fault
sorry, just venting
CSR's....Do they have ANY brains?
