Re: CSR's....Do they have ANY brains?


In all realty csr's should not be allowed to talk the customers about tech issues. They have caused more trouble by just telling customers what their supervisor tells them to which will in itself initate a service call for you that you will get charged back on. The companies is trying to solve all its customer complaints problems on the techs, so they have an excuse. Since you are not privy to these conversation you have no idea what that sweet girl on the phone told your customer that just shut off their box and it wont come up again. Of course like bad recievers thats your fault. Chargeback
