Re: CSR's....Do they have ANY brains?

I hate to say this but it will more than likely be the LAST time you get GOOD Customer Service from Comcast... Nortiorious for their BAD customer service, they are in the running with Sprint/Nextel with me .. Call Bitch,Call Bitch , call Bitch.. Tried telling me some crap about services and prices being the same for high speed since 1998.  I said really they havent had high speed in this area since 1998 and I am a sub contractor so don't blow me any shit, I know how it all goes. I dont care that they are changing their name to Xfinity, they need to fix their awful customer service, or they will lose alot more customers
