Directv contracts with HSPs to git 'er done. The HSPs subcontract to dirt bags. They find techs and distribute the jobs. If you see a deal that even smells of "I can't pay you until I get paid" that is where you are. If you sue them your recourse is to the next level up. And you still have to collect the judgment...good luck.
Or the other answer is YES but they won't. They are crooks. Why would crooks give back the money? Your contract is with the next level up. If you ask an installation company manager for identification or a company history and they refuse of try to deflect you to a hand shake that is where you are.
It would be hard to find a table to compare MASTEC to the others. MASTEC is just bigger that most.
