Again I am not seeing a true answer to my original question "Aren't sub partner companies responsible for paying their technicians?". Still a lot of chatter about MasTec charging sub partner companies back and they do not have the right to do so; doesn't DirecTV charge back MasTec for not hitting certain metrics or percentages? As such doesn't MasTec do the same to sub partner companies for not doing the same thing?
I have also heard that MasTec doesn't charge back as much as other HSPs? Is that correct?
