Re: 30 % pay cut

Read my post under casual forum for some reason it got moved there.Cox did the exact same thing to all over the board.you only get paid to hook up junk equipment that works half the time.All drop and station lines are free or so they say comes as part of the job now wich they cut over 40% of the pay on.Who will they get to work ?. No one and that the problem their having in sw virginia.Try to get people to do all the wiring for free  and box change outs, waiting on phone to get orders correct ports fixed and so on.in this 10 degree freezing weather. Ya right ! They will get it right where they deserve it !!!
