Hey everyone its not a 30% pay cut, its only what your being told. Since all the Federal, IRS and screwed over subs are exposing the Primes for who and how they operated, they are using this years contract as an attempt to pad the owners pockets. Make them prove the pay cut or walk out. Make them show you a copy of what TWC pays the Prime and from the last contract to the new contract. I bet you will see a 5-10% raise in price.
Im working on a price sheet now from a bud in TWC system and he said its a raise, some codes went away. It seems to be a broken record im hearing again with the pay cuts they said happened here in BH system, the Prime didnt get a cut, the tech did, where do you think that 30% went to?
Primes are expecting to switch to an employee based system, how do you think they are going to buy new trucks and insurance, cut your pay and use that money to offset the costs of switching.
