Wow! on that pay cut did you include the items they say they will no longer pay for and must be done on every job like cleaning up the customers dog crap in their yard, or bringing every outlet in the home up to spec that the customer wired themselves during a drinking binge ?
I used to work out of Middletown for RAB in 2005-2006 and the cuts and add-ons sucked when coupled with 4 hour hold times for provisioning CPE and holding again to close out the job.
