Their handbook don't mean crap. A contract does not have the ability to over write law. If you are working OT, they have to pay it. A buddy of mine was working for a shipping company. They tried to say that you could not claim OT untill you worked 60hrs. They tried to fool the goverment by saying that the employee's were salary. It did not work.
