Thanks... For some reason my posts get bunched together.From reading alot of the Mastec suits it seems they have a claus inside there employee handbook saying you are bound to working claims out without going to federal court. This has been there tactic for not paying overtime. But heres what I found, most that can prove a hardship, that they didnt read the book and signed everything are the ones moving forward. Also if your a sub its moving forward. This is really gonna affect there stock prices next year. And the SEC may already be looking into them for fluffin the numbers. All of you know, dont close or cancel any jobs out at the end of the month till the next day. This is intended to cook the books. Shady is the word. On that site you can search for federal suits all over the usa.
