From what Ive been reading the DOL has not been alerted, since most attorney firms would not get any fees. Just by the small amount of claims filled and then put on a stay "hold" from Federal courts next year will be the first to get audited by the DOL and its all over with then. The handbook clauses wouldn't mean shizzz.. If I were an employee my first stop would be DOL only because they ue it to stay alot of cases. Its becoming a habit now. Most of the plaint are latin american which get taken advantage of the most.
