What do you mean by "I think we will start seeing metered internet and bandwidth cap being enforced in 2011...."
Are you allowed in the USA to download as much as you desire. Here in Montreal, I am allowed 30 Gb per month and I am charge some much per Mb extra. My speed is always around 7.0 Mb download and 720 Kb upload.
