Right now most operators have "Soft Caps" which are not enforced. I've seen the range of 100GB-500GB per month depending on what broadband package you subscribe to.
I attended a SCTE meeting late last year and Comcast had a speaker for the session. He was the Regional Tech Ops Manager and after the session I asked him on the side about the Comcast caps. He said "What Caps" and laughed. He told me they have them in place, but were not currently enforcing them. That's why I think 2011 will be the year we start seeing caps enforced.
