Hey Skid,
we are a sub s corp. have 30 - 80 employees depending upon the year.
S- corps dont pay taxes like a C- corp. C-corps pay taxes on their profits, then distribut anything
left over to shareholders. S-corps dont pay taxes. They distribut all profits to share holders, who each pay taxes on
their earnings. WAY better deal for small outfits. S corps can have a max of ten (i think) shareholders.
