This is true, however, you also get the write offs non INC'ed people don't....as far as taxes, you only pay taxes IF you are an employee of said corporation, otherwise ya don't. Subchapter S is for single business people meaning NO employees other than yourself...It is a really good thing and costs nothing compared to the taxes you pay otherwise.  Just my humble opinion, but it worked for me and still does....to each his/her/it own.................nuff said..........skid........
