S corp has the advantge if you have a loss, it rolls over into your personal taxes and carries forward to the next year, where as C corp starts new every year......skid...and by the way, you NEVER sent me that info on those guys I asked for 3 years ago...Dayton and friends...remember? I scratched your back and you forgot me Ron.....
