I have received a few questions on this regarding production pay. A lot of folks are under the impression that if they pay production pay to the crews in the field and call them subs the act does not apply. This is not correct the act states that all personnel doing labor at the site of work (this excludes management unless they are working managers) MUST be paid the prevailing wage plus fringes or higher.
