DTV Certificates

Anyone else heard that DTV will no longer accept certificates from techs that move from one market to another, if a tech moves from one HSP or O/O market, to a different HSP market, they have to retake all their certifications, what would be the reason for this?
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
