Town meeting

Ok, here we go.  I just started up with this company here in NC as a field supervisor.  Little to say got a ot on my plate.  Anyway, I got invited to go to a town meeting.  Apparently they have alot of questions for me.  Has anybody ever been through this before and what can I expect?  Yes this will be my first.
