I've been to many. Usually, if the meet is at the request of the city, be prepared to show documentaion of service and outage issues. Need to be ready to explain the rate structure and why other cities get so much more for less money. Who selected the channel line up and why they can't have specific channels. In today's world, why are there not more channels in high def.
In other words, try to think of every single complaint you have ever heard in the field, and be ready to defend your situation in front of a possible lynch mob. If this is an area that is poorly serviced and under provided, your boss may be hanging you out to dry.
