Been there, done that, more than once. It really isn't that big of a deal. Just like going and speaking your opinion to the mayor or whoever. Ezy peezy. They'll ask questions about the system and you take notes, and tell them you'll get the answer for them by the next meeting. Or tell them the answer if you know it. Don't promise the world but find out what they don't like about the system. Tell them you'll look into whatever the complaint(s) are.
