channels 2-78 are still analog on our system..though all of the same analogs are HD on channels 700-800 with a STB..My meter [5000] is set up to read 55mhz-575mhz.. Then my qam channels i read indavidualy...This issue is at the EOL tap...A term 12value 8 port..  +18/13.5db...  74.5mhz is suppose to be 10db lower than my channel 78[575mhz]..  channel 2[55mhz], channel 78[575mhz]...  So what i've told you, i should be reading 8db on 74.5mhz at that tap according to my levels....This also an apartment complex...So i could have faulty wiring...Though the levels don't seem right...Your thought???
