We use this box as well but dont dont use cards in it. Instead of using youre meter do the push pause button on the remote till you see the mail icon appear on the box then hit the page up button on the remote for the diagnostic menu of the dhct. Page one should have the tuner fdc, and rdc frqs and numbers, just saying are they the same as the meter is telling you, (with a 5000 wont be able to check the rdc however) Had alot of problems with this box made the SA oops I mean Cisco engineers scratching their heads still. By the way have you had any problems with 8300 boxes rebooting at random? They told us there was a firmware issue with having these 2 boxes on the system. Want to see what everyone else is seeing. Please keep us posted inquiring minds want to know.
