OK annubiss unless you have uncovered a major conspiracy this is the answer to your question. The Federal Reserve is run by Ben Bernanke, Donald Kohn, Kevin Warsh, Elizabeth Duke,and Daniel Tarullo. The Federal Reserve is under the supervision and regulation of Congress, which oversees the entire Financial Services Industry, including securities insurance,banking and housing industries, and the U.S. Dept. of the Treasury. The part of Congress that oversees this is called the House Financial Services Committee, which is chaired by Barney Frank Dem. from Mass.  Why do you think the Democrats have so much money to spend?  The meltdown of the American economy was caused by a Democratic Congress and people who wanted to live beyond their means. Not the rich people.
