If you believe that then answer this question:  So when the gov borrows money you think that its the gov money or private citizens money?  Those guy oversee the money after it is borrowed.  Who determines the gov interests rate; the gov?  Hmmm there may be some kind of conspiracy here.  Go past the fed. storefront.
